General Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to workshops run directly by Better Photo Workshops and attendees must agree to all the following terms and conditions when making a booking.
Some workshops advertised on this website or other social media and associated with Better Photo Workshops name are facilitated by us but are run and booked by third party companies or organisations. In these cases the following terms are in addition to the terms and conditions set by the booking company. If there is a conflict of terms then the terms of the booking company take precedence.
Bookings & Cancellations
Cancellations of bookings up to two weeks before the workshop are refundable, less a $50 administration fee. Or the money paid can be used as credit towards another course if booked within 6 months.
Cancellations of bookings within two weeks are strictly non-refundable. However money paid can still be used as credit towards another Better Photo Workshops course to be used within six months of the original course date.
Better Photo Workshops reserves the right to cancel the workshop if minimum numbers stipulated are not met, extreme illness of the presenter, or for other unforseen reasons beyond our control. Cancellation of the workshop by Better Photo Workshops will result in a full refund.
Better Photo Workshops reserves the right to vary or alter the content, schedule or venue of the workshop as circumstances require, or due to conditions beyond our control. However the basic subjects and learning outcomes would remain the same.
Many workshops are conducted in public places and may involve travel. You agree to attend these workshops at your own risk. Better Photo Workshop is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or debt related to your travel to/from and movement during the workshops.
We guarantee the quality and content of our workshop meets the published content and learning outcomes advertised for each course. If you feel that the content did not support the learning outcomes you may state your reasons in writing. In the first instance we will try to address your concerns and provide the missing content for you. If you are still not happy you may request a full refund.
